Job Description

Looking for motivated person who’s willing to tackle the day-to-day HR operational work and to support

the department in major projects related with specific duties due to the transition under the supervision

of the Senior HR Officer.

Scope of work and Deliverables:

• Collect and Verify timesheets for national and international staff and track them

and keep a tracking system in place in accordance with Mena system

• Prepare personal and e personal files for Staff include printing, collecting, and

verifying supporting documents for all new hires including issuing IDs and supporting

in additions to medical and life insurance

• Support in Handling the On-boarding Process for new joiners, which include but

not limited to: verify on-boarding documents, prepare official employment contract,

collect signatures, circulate official communication with concerned parties

and follow up with them.

• Support in handling the exit management procedure, which includes but not limited

to: maintain the fully signed exit/ separation documents, circulate the official

communication with concerned parties and update the Turnover analysis in

parallel

• Follow up on 90 days action plan and probation evaluation forms submission.

• Updating all related trackers and Masterfiles: such as acting, TTA, Probationary

periods, goals, and performance appraisal submission etc.

• Issuance of staff letters, such as employment verification letters, experience letters,

etc..

• Assist & help the HR Team in day-to-day tasks, and any clerical work as needed

such as (Filing, Organizing, Planning, Collecting Signatures, and others).

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any other related field.

• Work Experience: Approximately 0-1 year of relevant experience

• Competent in spoken and written English.

• Good Microsoft Office Application Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
