Overview
Provide excellent translation services for UN documents
You have:
- Knowledgeable in United Nations terminology and environmental issues
- Experience with AEWA translations
- Relevant experience in waterbird conservation
Result of Service Excellent provision of translation services, including relevant experience as a professional conference translator in an international and intergovernmental context. The successful candidates are expected to be knowledgeable in United Nations terminology and on environmental and biodiversity / species conservation issues and are required to ensure the appropriateness and accuracy of all translations.
Work Location Remote
Expected duration 1 year (+1y extens)
Duties and Responsibilities Translations of AEWA documents, correspondence, articles etc. from English into French.
Qualifications/special skills Experience with AEWA translations would be an asset. Relevant experience in waterbird conservation/ UN terminology.
