Support grant writing and donor mapping for AMRAN

You have:

  • Demonstrate experience writing grant proposals for humanitarian works, particularly for the UN.
  • Ability to write a grant proposal.
  • Ability to develop Monitoring & Evaluation Plans.
  • Ability to meet donor requirements.

The economic, political, food security, drought, and COVID-19 shocks in Afghanistan, which is currently heading towards near-universal poverty, requires a significant shift from standard development and state-level growth towards meeting the immediate needs of the individual citizens and building greater human security. UN has recently pledged the US $ 5 billion to provide immediate assistance to local Afghans.

To this end, AMRAN requires support of Online Volunteers to help us map donors and write grants proposal, particularly to UN-based organizations.

We request the support of three Online Volunteers who will support us with the below tasks: 1) Two Online Volunteers are asked to support us with writing Grants Proposals. Each Online Volunteer is expected to write 3 to 4 grants proposals to be submitted to the UN and other related donor organizations. 2) One Online Volunteer is aksed to assist AMRAN register with UN and other donor organizations. The Online Volunteer is expected to map the donor community and assist AMRAN in meeting their Registration requirements.

The Online Volunteers will not be asked to submit any funding requests on behalf of AMRAN or be requested to make donations in-kind or financial contributions or to solicit donations from third parties.

Candidates shall be able to demonstrate experience writing grant proposals for humanitarian works, particularly for the UN.
