Le coordinateur de l'apprentissage et du développement travaille en collaboration avec l'équipe RH du pays et les bureaux de zone pour mettre en œuvre les activités d'apprentissage et de développement au niveau global, régional et national. Il dirigera et mettra en œuvre des initiatives de formation et de développement, par exemple en animant des formations ou en coordonnant l'action de consultants. Le titulaire du poste peut également être amené à s'occuper d'autres fonctions RH.
