Overview

You have:

  • Minimum un BAC+2 en Administration, Gestion des Ressources Humaines, Sciences Sociales et autres domaines connexes.
  • Une expérience de 3 mois au moins dans la gestion des ressources humaines est un plus.
  • Connaissance de la législation du travail en vigueur.
  • Maîtrise de l'outils informatique.

L’objectif du poste de stagiaire Ressources Humaines est d’accueillir des candidats/tes très motivés/es et orientés/es vers des objectifs afin d’explorer un plus large éventail d’expériences pratiques au sein d’une organisation humanitaire internationale. Plus précisément, le stagiaire sera globalement engagé dans l’apprentissage Le poste stagiaire est basé à Ouagadougou.

Qualifications

Compétences professionnelles

  1. Minimum un BAC+2 en Administration, Gestion des Ressources Humaines, Sciences Sociales et autres domaines connexes ;
  2. Une expérience de 3 mois au moins dans la gestion des ressources humaines est un plus;
  3. Connaissance de la législation du travail en vigueur ;
  4. Maîtrise de l’outils informatique.

Responsibilities

Responsabilités générales

  1. Assurer le respect des politiques, des outils, des manuels et des lignes directrices de NRC;
  2. Mettre en œuvre les tâches déléguées selon le plan de travail et de développement;
  3. Mettre à jour les dossiers du personnel à la demande du Coordonnateur Ressources Humaines ;
  4. Promouvoir et partager des idées pour améliorer le système de gestion des Ressources Humaines.

Responsabilités spécifiques

  1. Aider pour l'archivage physique et électronique et la mise à jour des dossiers du personnel ;
  2. Assister dans les déclarations, incorporations et les sorties des staffs à la CNSS et assurance ;
  3. Assister dans incorporations et les retraits des staffs à l’assurance;
  4. Appuyer pour la signature des timesheet et bulletins de salaire ;
  5. Donner un appui lors de processus de recrutement ;
  6. Réaliser toutes autres tâches connexes qui lui seront confiées.
