Overview

Support HR and Admin team with practical tasks and gain experience.

You have:

  • Bachelor Degree from Business Administration or a relevant field is required – Only Fresh Graduates
  • No work experience is required
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Good computer skills - Microsoft Office & database
  • Ability to commence work immediately

Contract

Purpose of the Job:

The HR and Admin Intern is intended to work closely with HR and Admin team – Kunduz and acquire the necessary practical experience. This internship is considered to learn but not limited to; filling, event arrangements, Human Resource policy implementation, Administrative management and reporting.

Generic responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence with NRC policies, tools, handbooks and guidelines
  • Implement delegated task according to plan of action
  • Prepare and develop status reports as required by management
  • Ensure proper filing of documents
  • Promote and share ideas for improvement of the support function

Specific responsibilities:

  • Assist HR and Admin Assistant/Officer in filling, scanning and storing Personal and recruitments documents.
  • Ensuring confidentiality of all personnel records at all time.
  • Assist HR and Admin Assistant/Officer to track and obtain signature on monthly attendance and Timesheets.
  • Assist HR and Admin Assistant/Officer to maintain an update leave tracking database and HRIMS.
  • Assist HR and Admin Assistant/Officer in arrangement of interviews, written tests and meetings.
  • Assists HR and Admin Assistant/Officer in briefing and debriefing procedure of staff.
  • Performs other duties when required and given by the line manager
