HR Intern Afghanistan Kunduz

Purpose of the Job:
The HR and Admin Intern is intended to work closely with HR and Admin team – Kunduz and acquire the necessary practical experience. This internship is considered to learn but not limited to; filling, event arrangements, Human Resource policy implementation, Administrative management and reporting.

Generic responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence with NRC policies, tools, handbooks and guidelines
- Implement delegated task according to plan of action
- Prepare and develop status reports as required by management
- Ensure proper filing of documents
- Promote and share ideas for improvement of the support function
Specific responsibilities:
- Assist HR and Admin Assistant/Officer in filling, scanning and storing Personal and recruitments documents.
- Ensuring confidentiality of all personnel records at all time.
- Assist HR and Admin Assistant/Officer to track and obtain signature on monthly attendance and Timesheets.
- Assist HR and Admin Assistant/Officer to maintain an update leave tracking database and HRIMS.
- Assist HR and Admin Assistant/Officer in arrangement of interviews, written tests and meetings.
- Assists HR and Admin Assistant/Officer in briefing and debriefing procedure of staff.
- Performs other duties when required and given by the line manager

- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
Context/ Specific skills, knowledge and experience:
- Bachelor Degree from Business Administration, diploma or certification from other relevant field is required – Only Fresh Graduates
- No work experience is required
- Good computer skills - Ms Office & database.
- Good communication skills
