You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in membership management, community engagement, customer relationship management (CRM), or similar roles.
- Familiarity with the nonprofit sector, particularly in organizations with a focus on diaspora or community engagement, is advantageous.

The Enhance Member Engagement volunteer role directly supports the organization's goal of strengthening member relationships and improving retention. By implementing strategies to engage members and create meaningful interactions, the volunteer helps ensure a positive and active membership experience.
- Propose and implement strategies for attracting new members.
- Support efforts to retain current members through engagement initiatives and communications.
- Assist in organizing membership campaigns, outreach, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new members by providing welcome information and ensuring a smooth introduction to the organization.
- Respond to new member inquiries and offer guidance on how to get involved. -Maintain and update membership records in the system, ensuring all details are accurate and current. -Collaborate with other volunteers or staff members to share updates and align on tasks.
