Manage human resources activities for the Beni office.
You have:
- Diplôme universitaire dans le domaine d’Administration, Ressources Humaines, Gestion, ou tout autre domaine approprié.
- Avoir au moins deux (2) ans d'expérience significative dans les Ressources Humaines, de préférence avec une ONG Internationale.
- Excellentes compétences en bureautique (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Une bonne maîtrise du code du travail et la procédure des calculs de salaire est requise.
- Maîtrise du Français, aussi bien à l’oral qu’à l’écrit est requise.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais peut être considéré comme un avantage.
- Habileté à travailler avec une équipe multiethnique culturellement.
- Avoir sa résidence à Beni.
