Support families in enrolling students and providing language assistance.
You have:
- High school diploma.
- Prior experience working with youth or being served by IRC as a client.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Pashto, and ability to type in both languages.
- Ability to translate written documents from English into Pashto.
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle with current insurance, and the ability to travel regularly throughout the service delivery area.
- Demonstrated ability, willingness, and confidence interpreting both one-on-one, and in group and large classroom settings if needed.
- Flexibility with an on-call schedule, including evening availability.
- Demonstrated success achieving goals and communicating cross-culturally.
