With this task, UNO Kyiv is aiming to increase public awareness and engagement by conveying short messages in line with its communications strategy. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to implement creative ideas, learn about the work of UNO Kyiv and other agencies working in this context.

Providing communication support via UNO Kyiv to the Resident Coordinator Office, especially digital communications support, including through filming, editing and subtitling video content, photo editing, and producing digital content such as quote cards.

UNO Kyiv is looking for the support of an online volunteer for video creation and editing and other audiovisual content to make information more publicly available and reachable. The online volunteer’s tasks include editing 6 to 8 short video interviews, with subtitles, of maximum 3-4 minutes each, with UN Ukraine colleagues, covering topics on their work and response activities.

Additionally, the Online Volunteer will be asked to implement English-Ukrainian subtitles to the videos as necessary.

Previous experience in recording, filming, and editing audio and video material is required. Please provide a sample of your previous audiovisual work if available. Attention to detail and a strong eye for design aesthetics preferred.
