IPC-IG is looking for an online volunteer to assist with the translation and summarization of governmental documents related to social protection in the Gulf Region(reports, guidelines, legislation…) from Arabic to English. These documents will assist IPC-IG in a desk review of documents related to social protection systems and their assessment, in link with SDG 1 (No Poverty).

Translation and interpretation
IPC-IG is currently assessing the social protection system in the Gulf Region, through a quantitative and qualitative assessment. This entails a desk review of documents by stakeholders in the region: the translation of those documents will serve as a support for the writing of reports.
Volunteers: 1 needed
- 11-20 hours per week / 12 weeks
- Good or Excellent Arabic; - Good English; - Knowledge of the local context; - Some experience with government documents or reports; - Some academic experience; - Experience with social protection is an asset.
