We are looking for an online volunteer who can assist us by translating 7 articles in English/Arabic to French on local development and peacebuilding to be posted on UNDP's Salam wa Kalam digital media platform.

We are seeking 1 Online Volunteer to support us by translating 7 articles on peacebuilding and local development. These articles will be posted on UNDP's Salam wa Kalam digital media platform. The translations should be from Arabic/English to French.

To this end, the Online Volunteer is asked:

To translate the articles into French while ensuring conciseness, adherence to our communications guidelines, and suitability for the target audience.

The selected Online Volunteer will be provided with the articles in their original language and will receive guidance on the target audience, our communications guidelines, and any additional guidance as needed.

By participating in this translation task, Online Volunteers will have the opportunity to connect with the team at UNDP and learn about how the translated product contributes to the objective of promoting peacebuilding and local development through the Salam wa Kalam platform.

Candidates should be fluent in Arabic or English and French. Previous French translation experience is considered an asset.
