Le bureau doit chaque année communiquer sur ses actions dans le cadre de sa mission. C'est ainsi que le rapport annuel est préparé et distribué aux partenaires, à la société civile, aux communautés bénéficiaires. Le bureau couvrant aussi des pays anglophones, une version anglaise du rapport doit est mise à disposition pour une meilleure visibilité des actions menées.

Le bureau régional de l'UNESCO a rédigé un rapport sur UNESCO COLLABORATION WITH OTHER UN AGENCIES IN AFRICA de 40p. Le volontaire en ligne devra faire une bonne traduction en français de ce rapport..

Le/la volontaire devra avoir une très bonne maîtrise de la traduction de l'anglais vers le français et connaître les terminologies utilisées au niveau les agences du système des Nations Unies.
