This document is a practical guide developed to assist regulatory bodies in West Africa and the Sahel in the implementation of a Policy Framework and Action Plan for Information Integrity in West Africa and the Sahel. It contains a set of operational, rights-informed, context- and capacity- relevant propositions that institutions mandated for the governance of digital platforms may undertake to promote information integrity in the region.

The two Online Volunteers will be responsible for editing and proofreading the report to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency in language, style, and formatting. They will work collaboratively, coordinating closely to maintain a uniform tone and structure across all documents.

The two Online Volunteers will:

• Edit and proofread the assigned reports for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and overall language quality.

• Ensure consistency in terminology, style, and formatting across all reports.

• Check for clarity, coherence, and logical flow of content, making suggestions for improvement where necessary.

• Verify that references, footnotes, and annexures are correctly formatted.

• Coordinate regularly with each other to align on editing standards and resolve any discrepancies.

• Ensure that the final versions are ready for publication, adhering to UNESCO/UN guidelines
