Support health navigation for clients; drive to appointments, conduct outreach
You have:
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s, Bachelor’s or Master’s program focused on social work or a related field.
- Prior experience in case work or working with clients with immigration statuses preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in Haitian Creole, Spanish or French preferred.
- Current driver license and insurance required for the position.
