Overview

Assist clients with health needs and advocate for services.

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant professional experience in human services field strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with US healthcare system and healthcare programs for low-income families strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with refugee and/or immigrant populations strongly preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Haitian Creole, French, or Spanish, both spoken and written is required.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a personal, insured vehicle.
  • Ability to drive agency’s mini-van and drive at night.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
