You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in recruitment operations, HR administration, or managing high-volume transactional processes.
  • Strong business-level proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across written and verbal formats.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and manage multiple stakeholders with responsiveness and professionalism.
  • Proven experience coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes, including scheduling, documentation, and onboarding, is a distinct advantage or high-volume activities in an HR or administrative role.
  • Solid skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required; familiarity with recruitment systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with experience in tracking metrics and maintaining accurate records, are a plus.
  • Ability to manage candidate communications and ensure a transparent, timely, and positive recruitment experience.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities.
  • Positive, open, and discreet team player with the ability to work effectively across cultures and functions.

The Senior Recruitment Coordinator, based in Dubai or Riyadh, plays a critical role in delivering high-quality, timely, and inclusive recruitment services across the full lifecycle of talent acquisition, aligned to the Middle East and Asia. This role supports the strategic evolution of the WBG Global Talent Acquisition Team by embedding operational excellence, candidate experience, and data-driven decision-making into day-to-day activities.

The position will report to a Global Talent Acquisition Team Lead, based in Washington, DC, with a delivery line to our Middle East & Asia Recruitment Officers based in Riyadh and New Delhi.

Duties and Accountabilities

End-to-End Recruitment Execution

• Manage requisitions from job posting to onboarding, ensuring alignment with workforce plans, diversity goals, and time-to-fill targets.

• Coordinate job-launch meetings, interview scheduling, assessments, and candidate system communications.

• Administer background screening, appointment letters, and onboarding workflows.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as a liaison to ensure smooth process flow and timely updates between Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers.

Candidate Experience

• Ensure transparency and responsiveness throughout the recruitment process via initiation of system communications and email.

Sourcing and Longlisting

• Conduct resume reviews and longlisting with attention to role requirements.

• Leverage LinkedIn, silver medalist pools, and internal pipelines to strengthen candidate quality via candidate generation techniques.

Data and Compliance

• Track requisition status and recruitment metrics using dashboards and trackers, and ensure compliance with interview documentation, selection committee guidelines, and audit requirements.

Process Optimization

• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, including automation, Quality Control tracking, and system enhancement testing.

Selection Criteria
