Human resource management and financial management, as an essential part of the internal management of an organization, are vital in the development of MDF as a non-profit organisation. We hope to engage Online Volunteers who can put forward corresponding improvement suggestions and specific measures to help us improve the quality of our management work.

The manual will be used by MDF PNG to carry out its operation and improve its human resources and financial management of the organisation.

The manual will also help the MDF to continue its operation and mission in PNG and meet its goal to help the rural community develop and contribute to the UN SDGs to help improve the quality of life in the community.

MDF requires the support of 4 Online Volunteers for desk research on manuals and proposal writing in human resource management and financial management according to the information provided by MDF, for instance, information from our official website.

After reading and understanding this information, please share scientific advice and recommendations in the correct format to improve our management's quality. As non-profit organisaiton, MDF pays more attention to performance management and compensation and benefits administration in human resource management, such as measuring employees' performance levels accurately and distributing compensation and benefits more fairly. We welcome any other modules and manuals on the HR management system.
