The United Nations Volunteers (UNV) programme contributes to peace and development through volunteerism worldwide. We work with partners to integrate qualified, highly motivated and well supported UN Volunteers into development programming and promote the value and global recognition of volunteerism. To that end, UNV China is seeking to collaborate with Online Volunteers to provide support in data collection and brief writing to support its effort in promoting and mobilizing volunteerism in China. The collaboration would also support UNV China in mapping the volunteering needs of UN partners and tracking the volunteerism landscape development in China.

UNV China is looking to engage Online Volunteers to support in: - collecting information related to the United Nations' priorities and volunteerism updates in China through news, reports, data, and other relevant platforms. - writing a brief based on the gathered information per week, of approximately 1,500 words.

The briefing will be used as a regular reference on strategic planning and evidence/cases/data searching.
