The Opportunity This position will facilitate recruitment and placement processes, maintaining documentation & personnel files, managing online recruitment tracking system (Oracle Recruitment Cloud) and coordinating with all programs & departments on HR administrative work. This position will also be responsible for scanning and uploading the personnel files of the newly joined staff (including all field/area offices) into the online system as well as scanning documents of existing staffs. S/he will assist supervisor for segregating joining documents in an organized way and prepare for scanning, coordinate with payroll team to scan any change of status letter round the year of existing employees.

Qualifications and experience • At least 03 years working experience. • Good understanding on HR administration related issues, especially in recruitment process and procedures, basic on general HR management and filing • Ability to ensure accuracy of scanning and archiving documents electronically • Excellent interpersonal communication skills • Very accurate in drafting, good in database information management • Ability to work under pressure, maintaining confidentiality • Documentation & filing skills • Graduate, preferably BBA in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline from reputed University
