Key working relationships:Position Reports to: MIRT Health Clinic Manager • Position directly manages: N/A • Internal collaborations within IRC: MIRT Health Clinic Doctor, Health Managers, Health Coordinator, Protection Managers, Senior MHPSS Officers, WPE Managers, CP Managers

Job Overview/Summary: The MIRT Mobile Health Clinic Nurse assists the MIRT doctor during medical consultations and gives nurses consultations within work of the IRCs MIRT health clinic`s work. The MIRT is a mobile unit and requires extensive travel within Kharkiv Oblast including to newly liberated areas.

Specifically, the MIRT Health Clinic Nurse will be responsible for: Major Responsibilities: • Assists the MIRT doctor during medical consultations as per scope of services provided at the primary health level in adults and children. • Records patients data pre and post consultation in the mobile health clinic. • Gives nurses authorized consultations within IRCs MIRT health clinic. • Contributes to elaboration of schedules, routes for the MIRT health clinic. • Contributes to the development of standard operational procedures and protocols for the MIRT health clinic. • Contributes to developing and implements strategies for improving access, quality standards, effectiveness, and participation based on statistical results, evaluations, surveys, and feedback from attendees.

Requirements: • Qualified Nurse (a Bachelors or Masters degree in Nursing or Public Health is an asset) with minimum two years of experience working on primary health care programs • Knowledge and skills as per scope of services provided at the primary health level in adults and children. • Knowledge and skills for emergency life support interventions in adult in adults and children, internationally recognized training certificate(s) is an asset. • Language: Bilingual in Ukrainian and Russian desired, English is an asset. • Familiar with Microsoft Office especially Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point. • Good communication, teamwork skills and ability to work independently. • Experience in working with displaced persons, refugees, returnees and migrants is an asset • Experience in designing and rolling out trainings to diverse audiences is an asset • Experience in elaboration and implementing into practice of standard operational procedures and protocols. • Knowledge and skills to provide with a first psychological aid is an asset. • Experience in clinical supervision, training or coaching patients • Experience of work in an INCGO is an asset • Ability to perform jobs effectively and be responsible for making decisions. • Ability to work within a team structure, flexible, and can cope with stressful workloads and working with limited resources
