As we work in towards supporting the multiple projects under the CPD of UNDP for the country, the programme aims to support those most at risk to be left behind and puts the most vulnerable in the center of our development goals.

To that end, we are looking for the support from Online Volunteer who will be supporting the Communications Analyst in the graphic designing efforts to enhance the visuals shared on the UNDP social platforms, to promote the impacts and results in a more attractive format.

We are looking for 1 Online Volunteer who under the guidance of the Communications Analyst of UNDP Lao PDR and in close collaboration with the programme team, support us by producing infographics/ templates design and editing of graphic designs for country office brochures, leaflets, vacancy posts, PPT templates. In particular, the Online Volunteer is asked to: - Collect information on document/material background such as target audience, design style, branding guidelines etc.; - Create draft design based on requirements and discuss with the Communications Analyst; - Develop the design according to agreed requirements.

The design/layout should follow our corporate design guidelines which will be shared with the Online Volunteers in advance.

The Online Volunteer/s will have the opportunity to build connections with the colleagues at UNDP Lao PDR and learn about the ways in which graphic design can support the visibility of the results and impacts of the organization.

Candidates should have professional experience in graphic design with previous experience in designing document layouts, and must have in-depth knowledge of graphic design applications, as well as good verbal and written communication skills.

A degree in graphic design or related field is considered an asset.
