Job Description
Brief on the HR Trainer
As part of developing the HR team members’ capacities and generalize their HR competencies to widening it covering different HR functions not only specific ones.
The HR Trainer is expected to be an HR expert with strong training previous experience to design an deliver a full day training for the HR colleagues.
Under this TOR the major responsibilities and tasks for the consultancy “Service delivery specialist are,
1. Preparation:
- Agree on the training outlines with the L&D manager and the HR Director.
- Agree on the training agenda.
2. Deliver the HR training:
- Conduct one full day training workshop for the HR team.
- Provide pre and post evaluation surveys.
3. Reporting:
Provide narrative report including the training methodologies, outlines covered during the sessions, pre and post evaluation results, and recommendations from the trainer.
Reporting line:
Learning and Development Manager:
- Agree on the training workshop design, submit the training documents (Agenda, Pre and Post evaluation forms, receive the narrative report including the training materials provided.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience as a Human Resources Trainer. - Demonstrated capabilities as a Leadership Coach, and/or Performance Consultant. - Independent thinker, possess strong organization skills, strong customer focus and orientation. - Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
