Support HR operations and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A diploma in Human Resources Management is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR operations or administrative roles.
- Professional experience with INGOs/NGOs and/or international experience is a plus; interest in humanitarian field is preferred.
- Experience in data management and reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is required.
- Flexibility and adaptability to dynamic work environments.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Understanding of safeguarding principles, including PSEA.
