Provide guidance and support on HR operations, compliance, and employee relations.

You have:

  • Understanding of HR lifecycle processes, compliance requirements, and operational best practices in Uganda
  • Experience in fast-paced, results-oriented environments such as nonprofits, international development, consulting, or similarly complex global organizations
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills; ability to influence and partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong project management abilities, able to manage multiple complex initiatives and tight deadlines
  • Ability to generate and utilize data and metrics
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Commitment to CHAI’s mission
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Public Administration, or a related field
  • Not less than 4 years of professional experience in HR, talent management, HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, or similar HR functions
