Position: HR Team Leader

Grade: 6, Step 1

Reports to: HR Manager

Supervision of: HR Technical Assistant

Duty station: Yangon

Travel: 10%

Duration and type of contract: One Year (Fixed-Term)

Qualifications

  • Experience from working as a HR in a humanitarian/recovery context
  • Previous experience from working in complex and volatile contexts
  • Training facilitation experience
  • Documented results related to the position’s responsibilities
  • Strong command of English in 4 skills

Responsibilities

  • Responsible of payroll management for national staff
  • Perform as a focal point of recruitment process (tracking, filings, registering etc) for specific area office according to the recruitment SOP
  • Responsible for proper keeping and filing of administration/HR section documents both hard and soft copies in Office 365 and filing tree.
  • Facilitate NRC PEOPLE system related training to the relevant staff (HR, line managers) cross all offices on a regular basis
