Overview
Support operational HR activities and enhance employee experience
You have:
- Experience in operational HR work
- Knowledge of social security law and basic understanding of labor law
- English language skills at least at B2 level and German language skills at least C1 level
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently and enjoy administrative tasks
- Reliability and discretion when handling confidential information
- Good communication and empathy skills
- Interest in digitalization
