The Services to be provided under the Assignment include providing operations support to the project to “Build Inclusive Business Ecosystems for Stabilization and Transformation” also known as the “BIBEST” project in the Mano River Union (MRU) being implemented in Sierra Leone and Liberia by the Mano River Union Secretariat as the Executing Agency based in Freetown, Sierra Leone.
