IDEV seeks expressions of interest from Individuals in the following assignment: The objective of the assignment is to support the department to effectively leverage digital technologies (big data, blockchain, geo-spatial data, social media, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, etc.) to enhance evaluation design, data collection, analysis, interpretation, reporting and dissemination. The Consultant will help build and enhance data science capacity within IDEV and its application to evaluation work through a variety of methods and processes, and to support IDEV’s data acquisition and utilization. The work will involve a mix of hands-on data science skills, in addition to coaching and advising teams and individuals on use of data science to support evaluations.
