Each year since the Secretary-General’s creation of the Victims’ Rights Advocate mandate in 2017, OVRA has published an informal annual report to demonstrate to victims-survivors, United Nations entities, Member States, and donors the progress it has made in pursuing dignity and justice for victims of sexual exploitation and abuse and in mainstreaming a victim-centred approach to the Organization’s prevention and response. The report is produced in English and its layout and design are provided to the office by an Online UNV; OVRA relies on Online UNVs for translation. Prior years’ annual reports can be found at https://www.un.org/preventing-sexual-exploitation-and-abuse/content/annual-reports-victims-rights-advocate.

OVRA is seeking the assistance of one online volunteer to translate its annual report on its work and activities from English to Spanish. The report is produced in English and is approximately 5,000 words long. An Online volunteer provides OVRA with layout and design services, who will present the translated and edited version in a layout similar to the English one.
