The work of the volunteers is highly valuable and will allow making the document available to Somali-speaking audiences.
The volunteer should be fluent in English and Somali. A background in translation, child protection, humanitarian action, or human resources is an advantage. Previous translation experience of translating to Somali (especially documents related to human resources, child protection, or humanitarian action) is an asset. The volunteer needs to be able to work under tight deadlines.
