- Native Kyrgyz speaker, fluent in English.
- Experience in translation or interpretation.
- Experience in international affairs/development/relations is a huge plus.

We seek up to two UN Online Volunteers to help us with a document review for the Social and Environmental Compliance Unit (SECU) at the UNDP regarding a project in Kyrgyzstan. The online volunteer would need to join approximately 3 calls with the SECU team to review documents in Kyrgyz together to help determine which are relevant to the investigation and in need of formal translation. If the online volunteers are able to provide further assistance, more online volunteering opportunities may be made available. Online volunteers will receive due credit for their contribution.

The Social and Environmental Compliance Unit (SECU) is UNDP's independent social and environmental accountability mechanism tasked with ensuring that UNDP projects respect communities' rights around the world.
Volunteers: 2 needed
1-5 hours per week / 4 weeks
Native Kyrgyz speaker, fluent in English. Experience in translation or interpretation. Experience in international affairs/development/relations is a huge plus, whether in their studies or professional experience. Please upload your CV in English in your application.
