The Online Volunteer will translate 5 existing videos with titles and voiceovers given in English into Russian and add Russian titles into the same given titleless videos.

  The United Nations Volunteers (UNV) Programme is the UN organization that promotes volunteerism to support peace and development worldwide by advocating for volunteerism, encouraging partners to integrate volunteerism into development programming, and mobilizing volunteers. The UNV Regional Office for Europe and CIS provides oversight and strategic guidance to the UNV Field Units in the region and is accountable for the placement of UN Volunteers mobilized for UN Agencies, Funds, and Programmes focused on peace, development and humanitarian needs. The UNV Regional Office represents and strategically positions UNV and bring UNV’s services and solutions closer to its partners from governments, UN entities, civil society and private sector. UNV’s services and solutions implemented by volunteers of the UNV Regional Office for Europe and CIS shall be covered in local media of the region. The videos about UNV Programme development and contribution in Kazakhstan and about the life of UN Volunteers fully funded by Kazakhstan will help to promote values of volunteerism and support UNV Programme in the year of Volunteer in Kazakhstan.

• 6-10 hours per week / 2 weeks

  The Online Volunteer needs to be fully capable to translate English to Russian, write in literature, correct Russian language and work in any video building application or programme (InShot, Keynote, Premier Pro, etc).
