You have:
- Diplôme de Docteur en médecine ou Master en Santé publique, Médecine tropicale, Santé au travail ou domaine connexe.
- Minimum d’au moins 5 années d'expérience dans des contextes humanitaires complexes.
- Expérience confirmée dans la réponse aux épidémies (Ebola et/ou autres maladies infectieuses) fortement souhaitée.
- Connaissance approfondie du système de santé en RDC.
- Capacité à concevoir et animer des formations sur le bien-être et les bonnes pratiques managériales.
- Excellente maîtrise du français.
- Maîtrise d’au moins une langue nationale majeure.
- Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral, souhaitable mais non obligatoire.
