Overview
Support the Human Resources operations to ensure compliance with Mercy Corps policies and procedures.
You have:
- Diplôme Universitaire dans le domaine de RH, Economie ou Gestion.
- Avoir au moins 1 an d'expérience significative dans la GRH, de préférence avec une ONGI.
- Excellentes compétences en Informatique (SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Maîtriser, savoir interpréter et appliquer le code du travail de la RD Congo.
- Capacité de travailler avec une équipe multiethnique.
- Maîtrise du Français, aussi bien à l’oral qu’à l’écrit (obligatoire).
- Excellente capacité de communication intermédiaire.
- Résidence à Bunia (poste local).
