You have:
- Bachelor's degree in education, public health, community development, social work and/or related field
- Motorbike driving license is required
- At least 3 years of experience in community development and program implementation, preferably with international humanitarian organizations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
- Language requirement: Vietnamese: Fully fluent. English: Intermediate
- A conceptual understanding of and commitment to development work, especially child-focused, community-based development concepts, approaches, and processes
- Strong partnering and collaborating skills with different stakeholders

1, As the AP Development Facilitator, you will:
- Engage communities and local partners to plan, implement, and sustain child-focused, community-based development in line with Area Program priorities.
- Coordinate program management and technical implementation, ensuring quality, accountability, and integration of gender equality, social inclusion, disaster risk reduction, and advocacy.
- Lead community-level planning, monitoring, reflection, and learning processes, contributing to Area Program monitoring and reporting requirements.
- Promote meaningful child participation, strengthen community-based child protection mechanisms, and ensure inclusion of most vulnerable children.
- Support community development initiatives and micro-projects to strengthen local ownership, resilience, and sustainability.
