You have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management and implementation in a related field.
  • Experience in monitoring and evaluation techniques and data collection methods.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the local context and knowledge of the challenges facing vulnerable children.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with local partners and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken form.
  • Understanding of child safeguarding policies and practices.

  • Support planning and implementation of project activities with schools, local authorities, partners, and service providers.
  • Coordinate project logistics, procurement, documentation, and activity arrangements to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Monitor field activities, collect and maintain project data, photos, beneficiary information, and supporting documents.
  • Prepare activity reports, success stories, and inputs for donor and project reports.
  • Support financial, administrative, procurement, and asset management processes in compliance with organizational and donor requirements.
  • Ensure child safeguarding, inclusion, confidentiality, and gender-sensitive approaches are integrated into all project activities.
  • Support donor visibility, communication materials, and field visits.
