You have:

  • Bachelor's degree in International Development, Sociology, English, Journalism or a related field.
  • Experience in grant writing, prospect research and general fundraising.
  • High caliber writing, proofreading and editing skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail oriented and possessing a high degree of initiative.
  • Time management skills and the ability to meet target deadlines outlined in the Grant requirements.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for being a part of a time that envisions a better tomorrow.
  • Committed to working on and completing assignments.
  • Passion for International Development.
  • An interest to help to expand the scale of a local NGO (small).

Wamulu International is seeking online Volunteers who can help submit high-quality Project Proposals to Donor Agencies for their review and funding. Volunteers must have experience in Project Proposal writing work and can help us submit higher-quality Project Proposals to Donor Agencies for their review and funding.

The volunteers will be asked for Samples of the Project Proposals which they have written for other Organizations.

PLEASE NOTE: Online Volunteers who successfully complete their assignments will be awarded UNV certificates.

Wamulu International is seeking UNV online Volunteers who can help submit high-quality Project Proposals to Donor Agencies for their review and funding.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Research and prepare written proposals for Grants, gather and format information to meet grant requirements and, ensure compliance with funding requirements. - Meet proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, and approval. - Proofreading, editing and revising proposals for transmittal to relevant Donor Agencies.

Online Volunteers will not be requested for donations in-kind or financial contributions or to solicit donations from third parties.
