MDF is a leading community group in Papua New Guinea who strive to develop rural communities in Papua New Guinea by faccilitating and implmenetaing community projects such as water supply, mini grid electrification program and other community projects. The volunteers will be drafting a proposal to help MDF secure funding to carrying out a school community projects in a rural village in Papua New Guinea. The project is inline with MDF vission and objective which is to elleviate povery and develop poor communities in a third world country.

MDF requires the service of 2 expert proposal writer editor to prepare a winning proposal which will be submitted to the Pacific Conservation Development Trust Fund based in New Zealand. https://www.communitymatters.govt.nz/pacific-development-and-conservation-trust/ The taskl simply involves communicating with the contact person for MDF who will provdie the baseline information and to dicuss project idea before the actual proposal is drafted. Both the volunteers and MDF will involved in the drafting of the proposal.
