You have:

Translation of content into languages is essential to promote UNEP's efforts towards sustainable development amongst the world's people in a clear voice. Due to a strong team effort, Portuguese speaking countries are already able to access many content and campaigns. However, we are not able to translate all the content and publications produced by UNEP globally into Portuguese. We consider these contents extremely relevant and informative, though. In addition, we believe in the power of knowledge sharing. Therefore, we are looking for a online volunteer to colaborate with the UNEP Brazil Country Office on the translation of a policy brief on Green Approaches to COVID-19. The files contains legal vocabulary and has: Pages: 14 Words: 5,415 The volunteer will have 2 weeks to finish the task. The volunteer must be fluent in Portuguese and in English.

The United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) is the leading global environmental authority that sets the global environmental agenda, promotes the coherent implementation of the environmental dimension of sustainable development within the United Nations system, and serves as an authoritative advocate for the global environment. Our mission is to provide leadership and encourage partnership in caring for the environment by inspiring, informing, and enabling nations and peoples to improve their quality of life without compromising that of future generations. Translation of content into languages is essential to promote UNEP's efforts towards sustainable development amongst the world's people in a clear voice. In the context of the COVID-19 response, it's even more critical to provide citizens and decision makers with good data and guidance. Therefore, the Volunteer's work will support to disclose practical legislative approaches towards an environmentally-sustainable economic recovery, with corresponding best practices at national and regional levels.

6-10 hours per week / 2 weeks
The Online Volunteer must be fluent in Portuguese and English; it's also mandatory to have excelent writing skills in Brazilian Portuguese.
