Overview
Manage casework for VBG survivors adhering to IRC guidelines.
You have:
- Avoir au minimum un diplôme universitaire bac +2 ou équivalent en droit, psychologie, sciences sociales, ou disciplines connexes, exigées.
- 1 – 2 ans d'expérience minimum professionnelle dans le domaine de la gestion des cas de violence basée sur le genre (l'appui psychosocial, suivi et référencement).
- Bonne maîtrise du cycle de gestion de projet.
- Avoir une bonne capacité de rédaction et une communication adaptée aux personnes en détresse.
- Excellentes capacités de collaboration avec les services techniques.
- Volonté de voyager dans toutes les zones des projets de protection d'IRC.
- Parfaite maîtrise de Microsoft Office, en particulier Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- La maîtrise du français (écrit et parlé) obligatoire, avec une connaissance pratique des langues locales.
