Lead protection and rule of law activities in Mali for vulnerable populations.

You have:

Bachelor's degree with at least 4/5 years in legal science, human rights, international humanitarian law or other relevant field.
3 to 4 years of professional experience in implementing Protection programs in humanitarian or development contexts.
Excellent knowledge of IRC's protection and rule of law programs.
Strong communication skills to interact with vulnerable people including disabled individuals and victims of human rights violations.
Flexibility and ability to perform under pressure in challenging conditions with unstable security.
Mastery of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Proficiency in French (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Knowledge of local languages spoken in Mali (Sonraï, Tamasheq) is an asset.
