UNDP in Thailand is looking for an online volunteer to help us translate the study of the House of Representatives on the situation and challenges of ethnic minorities in Thailand from Thai to English. The text to be translated is 45 pages long.

Translation and interpretation
UNDP is working with the Royal Thai government, civil society, national partners and the Thai public to help find solutions to persistent development challenges. Understanding the situation and current challenges of ethnic minorities in Thailand will help UNDP develop direct and inclusive programmatic approaches in which will leave no one behind.
Volunteers: 1 needed
11-20 hours per week / 3 weeks
Candidates should be fluent in Thai and English. Familiarity with technical terms related to an ethnic minority. Previous experience in translating legal texts will be considered a strong asset. Minimum one year of professional experience. A one-paragraph translation will be requested as part of the selection process.
