Translation and interpretation
UN Service Contract must comply with the retirement process according to the national legislation of the country in which the service contract is working. Therefore, it is necessary to have a clear understanding of what the law presents regarding the retirement age and how this law applies to the service contracts of the UN agencies in case of any requests of contract extension or revision.
