Analytics of how our website and social media is performing have shown we need to improve our SEO to widen our reach and bring in more followers and donations. As all donations go directly to projects bringing clean water, girls' education and poverty alleviation his enables us to ensure progress towards the SDGs. Volunteers will benefit from working directly with a global team, learn new skills and see the impact of their work.

We are looking for someone with good experience with Search Engine Optimisation to advise on how to improve the performance of our website with better tagging. This will involve looking at the site and drafting some guidance of best practice that other volunteers can implement going forwards. This should include at least 5 examples of good practice based on our website.

Good experience with SEO, ideally on wordpress Good experience producing reports and training materials

Ideally an interest in international development, particularly in Tanzania
