Under guidance and supervision of the Knowledge Management and Communication Analyst, and working closely with the Partnerships and Communications Specialist, the online volunteers will be supporting the conceptualization of four Salesforce Apps.
The task at hand is to deliver support to our business systems and develop processes necessary to support in the conceptualization of four Salesforce Apps. In particular, the candidates will be required to help defining the entity relationship diagrams, flows, notifications, and other analytics. Our organization relies on Salesforce to manage our interactions with partners and to strategize our operations.
We are looking for two online volunteers highly knowledgeable in Salesforce Development who can assist us in optimizing our processes within Salesforce. The focus will be on application concept to facilitate decision-making among our team members. The online volunteers will assist directly with the development of Salesforce. The selected volunteers will receive the support of the KM and Communications Analyst and the Communications Specialist.
Candidates should have experience in CRM systems (Salesforce), data management, excellent communication and strong copywriting skills, strong organizational and planning skills. A degree in communications or a related field is considered an asset.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Should be a self-starter who is curious, detail-oriented, and collaborative Experience in the Salesforce.com platform as admin or power user. Back-end Salesforce development experience (e.g. Apex coding and admin experience) as well as familiarity with the NonProfit Success Pack (NPSP) highly preferred. Experience in manipulating large data sets for analysis and interpretation.
