We are running a several-months-long programme on a regular basis to educate young leaders for their journey to become social entrepreneurs. We are now aiming to scale up that programme and digitise our learning experience further.

The Education & Impact Team is responsible for overseeing skill development and learning across the SH network; leading the development of learning products/tools through ongoing monitoring of advancements in education programmes and technology; evaluating the learning impacts of specific programmes and the SH network overall; data & metrics focal point within SH – liaise with Quality Team.

We are continuously looking for volunteers to contribute to that mission and help us educate young future social entrepreneurs. For this specific role, we are looking for volunteers who support us on that mission to grow our global positive impact.

Monitoring new trends in EdTech and supporting the SH team in developing new ideas for learning and innovation. Work on LMS with the innovation team, Developing and implementing a mentorship programme.

Note: Since the assignment type is Online, Volunteers from all over the world are encouraged to apply.

Suitable for undergrads/grads in various fields, including, but not limited to, data science/statistics; social science/policy; impact evaluation; education studies (psychology, sociology, international development).

No previous volunteering work experience required. Specific skills vary per role (DLO/IO), therefore, even if you feel that you do not meet all of the criteria but are passionate and looking to upskill, let us know.
