Contract

This is a UNV contract. More about UNV contracts.

Shaping Horizons is a Cambridge University program but based in Argentina and we are running a several-months-long programme on a regular basis to educate young leaders for their journey to become social entrepreneurs. The innovation team is responsible for the planning, preparation, research of educational contents, and implementation of the programme. We are now aiming to scale up that programme and digitise our learning experience further. For this specific role, we are looking for volunteers who support us on that mission to grow our global positive impact.

The selected online volunteers will support the team in the digitization of the innovation journey program, which will help us expand our reach and social impact. The deliverables will be the design learning materials for young social entrepreneurs to help them on their journey from identifying a problem to ideating, developing and deploying a solution until they are able to found their own social business.

The online volunteers will connect with the team in a weekly meeting regularly.

Strong interest in innovation processes, ideally social innovation in line with the SDGs. Ability to support independently in an online environment and collaboratively in a team-driven environment. Optionally a degree from a recognized college or university in a field of (social) business, innovation and entrepreneurship, but applicants from all backgrounds are invited to apply. Preferably with experience in UX and online design tools like Canva, and e-learning software.

Note: Since the assignment type is Online, Volunteers from all over the world are encouraged to apply.
