While CAEPA’s work is rooted in sustainable agroforestry and livelihoods, it does not end there. CAEPA has recently taken an in-depth outlook into the challenges in the communities through a gender-sensitive lens. The findings led to the rapid development of its capacity in adapting to a gender-transformative approach, as we became aware that we cannot successfully address the root causes of poverty and under-development without directly addressing the prevalence of inequality and exclusion of women and girls.

We are looking for three online volunteers to support our communications team to improve our social presence. One online volunteer will: Develop the weekly social media content plans after discussions with the Director. The plan will include key messages, the number of posts, dates and time of publishing. The second online volunteer will draft written content for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linked In to achieve the objectives of campaigns and the daily posts. All content will be drafted in English. Additionally, the third volunteer will design and implement social media cards to accompany the written text on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linked In.
