Youth Co:Lab Indonesia is planning to bring a larger-scale National Dialogue this year, which would involve strong communication efforts and outreach strategy, including cohesive branding for the National Dialogue. The brand guideline and communications products developed will greatly help the Youth Co:Lab Indonesia team in creating an effective communication strategy for marketing the event.
We are looking for 2 Online Volunteers who under the guidance of Youth Co:Lab Indonesia team will support us in developing a branding guideline and communications product for the upcoming 2022 Youth Co:Lab Indonesia National Dialogue. In particular, the Online Volunteer will undertake the following tasks: - Create a draft design based on requirements and discuss with focal point/ communications team; - Develop a cohesive brand guideline for the 2022 Youth Co:Lab Indonesia National Dialogue, including logo and assets. (1 output/volunteer) - Develop communications products using the brand guideline, including but not limited to ToRs, flyers, invites, and other outreach efforts. (1 output/volunteer)
The design/layout should follow the Youth Co:Lab design guidelines which will be shared with the Online Volunteers once the assignment has been confirmed.
The Online Volunteers will have the opportunity to build connections with the Youth Co:Lab team at UNDP Indonesia and learn about the ways in which graphic design can support the outreach to stakeholders of the youth entrepreneurship ecosystem in Indonesia.
Candidates should have professional experience in graphic design with preferable experience in designing branding an event, and document layouts, and must have in-depth knowledge of graphic design applications, as well as good verbal and written communication skills. A degree in graphic design or a related field, as well as fluency in English and Indonesian, are considered assets.
